Pattern Services
We present a range of pattern-making services, whether in digital format or hard copy, encompassing pattern creation, grading, and marker making. Our proficiency in digital patterns involves utilizing the PAD system, which facilitates pattern creation and grading for production purposes.
Whether aligned with your specific criteria or employing standard grading rules, we have the capacity to develop and grade patterns. All that's required is a sample or even a conceptual design, and we can create the perfect pattern for you.
The initial pattern-making fee starts at $125 and can vary based on complexity.
For grading, an additional fee applies, contingent on the intricacy of the pattern and the desired range of sizes.
Sampling
Once the pattern's ready, we'll put together a sample that's production-ready. Once the sample is approved and we've nailed all the finishing touches, we'll get that pattern graded and kickstart the production process.
Sampling service starts at $100, and the final cost can vary.
If your sample needs revisions, making changes or producing a new sample will add to the pattern and sample costs.
Sampling is a service we offer exclusively to our clients. If you're thinking of using another factory, we recommend having them create your production sample. Every factory has its own way of sewing things, so to ensure you get the production you expect, have your sample created and approved first.
Once that sample gets the green light and the pattern is graded, you’re now ready to begin the production process.
