Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
We will meet with you in-person or virtually to learn more about you, your business and the goals you have with your clothing line.
2. Design Discussions
This is when we will talk about the specific garments you’d like to create, in addition to the various options when it comes to fabric, trim and finishes.
3. Sample Development
We can then create a sample of your garment based on your specifications so you can see, feel and try it on to ensure it’s just right.
4. Pattern Creation
Once we have the sample finalized we can move on to create either paper or digital patterns and grade them according to your size specifications.
5. Sewing Production
This is where the magic happens. Fabric is cut and your garment will move through our production floor, sometimes touching as many as nine different machines before completion.
6. Trimming and Finishing
Even though we do quality checks throughout the entire process, we will do a final inspection of your garment, checking for any defects and trimming any loose threads.
7. Packaging
Now the garment is finished, we can assist with any packing specifications you may have, including tagging, barcoding, bagging and sorting.
